Aim of investment Appropriate yield of the invested capital and long-term capital conservation.
Investment strategy The funds invest worldwide in small and medium-sized businesses and large asset companies. More then 2/3 of the investments are profitable and ideal eco leaders in the sector and innovative eco pioneers.
The main-point is Europe companies.
Investment process Worldwide investment in the most environmentally friendly companies from different industries which demonstrate extraordinary sustainable management. Potential investment candidates are principally tested in a two step procedure according to economical, ecological and social criteria:

1.Test of profitability following quantitative and qualitative criteria (past and forecasted profits, evaluation of performance relative to industry, PE ratio, information policy, industry growth, mark position, markt barriere, advantage revisons, others. )

2. Test for the set eco investment criteria e.g. via eco report or annual business report, ISO 14001 certificate, consideration of third party research, interview of the businessman, the investment balance point e.g. the areas renewable energies, power engineering, water supply and water treatment and especially sustainability companies
Positive criteria eco leader in sector; technologies decline and elimination environment pollutions; specialist of development, creation, distribution and recycling environment-friendly products; rearrangement to sustainable alternitives in basic, auxiliary and operating materials; promotion nature-orientated practices in health care and nutrition
Negative criteria for stocks and corporate bonds Ethical and Social:
- alcohol
- dependence causing substances
- endangering human health
- gambling
- child labour
- pornography
- tobacco
- animal experimentation (avoidable)
- violations of human rights
- weapons/armaments

- nuclear power stations
- genetic engineering in agriculture
- nuclear power

- prostitution
- exploitation of natural resources
