Aim of investment Typical stock market yield with low risk, above all by exclusion of enterprise with too low ESG score.
Investment strategy The fund selects based on a systematic forecast free investment process of shares in listed infrastructure companies. Shares with very high loss risks ("Tail-Risk" or extreme Value At Risk) are excluded. The land weighting and sector weighting arises Bottom-Up. A limit on the country allocation Risk is spread across several countries followed. It is expected that countries where appropriate infrastructure companies are typically located, i.e. Western European, USA and Japan, to be represented mainly.
Investment process All shares become same-weighted. The countries and sector weighting arises from the single title selection. The maximum weighting may amount up to 30 percent per country and the share choice is checked on quarterly base and is adapted if necessary. Differently than most other property administrators we pursue a completely systematic investment philosophy however free of forecast. All our funds are managed independent of benchmark. We aim exceptionally at good risk-adjusted yields and think highly above all of the risk limitation about all market cycles away.
